Do you offer FREE DELIVERY?
YES !!   We offer FREE DELIVERY as follows:
If you spend over £60, we offer free delivery to postal districts up to 5.0 miles away.
If you spend over £70, we offer free delivery to postal districts from 5.0 to 7.5 miles away.
If you spend over £80, we offer free delivery to postal districts over 7.5 miles away.

Where do you deliver to?
We can currently deliver to all London Postal Districts and we are trying to extend delivery to anywhere within the M25.

Tips to ensure your satisfaction:
Please make sure all the information entered for your delivery is correct. If you want us to deliver to a business, college, apartment, etc., please make sure that we have all the necessary information (e.g. if the delivery address differs from the main postal address, and/or the number of any apartment, room, college mailbox, suite, house, etc.)

Please make sure that the delivery is expected and will be received at the time that it is to be delivered.

Please let us know (via email or phone) if, for any reason, the delivery you have ordered cannot be received. If possible, we will do our best to re-schedule (but please note that we cannot always accommodate such requests).

If you have a doorman or a front office, etc., please make sure that they know you have a perishable delivery coming, and that they notify you straight away.

What are your opening hours?
We are open for collection from 12 noon until 8 pm every day.
What's your nearest tube station or bus stop?
We are just 75 yards from Leicester Square underground station. Go to the exit marked “Chinatown”; we are just opposite the Ku Bar.

The following tube stations are also nearby: Tottenham Court Road; Piccadilly Circus; Charing Cross.

Do you have any allergy information?
All the known allergens we use are listed in bold in the information on each product page.

Please note that all our products are made in a kitchen that handles nuts, seeds and other allergens. (In particular, we use a lot of sesame seeds.)
Can I cancel or return my order, or get a refund?
At Tokyo Diner we have nearly thirty years’ reputation for really looking after our customers and ensuring their satisfaction.

If you’re not completely happy with your order, please notify us immediately – either in person, or by telephoning us on 020 7434 1414, or by email to – and we will do our level best to ensure that you are satisfied.

Please note that, because the product is perishable food, no sales can be returned once they leave our premises.
How long does Fakey Cakey last in the fridge?
Fakey Cakey should be eaten straight away to enjoy it in the best condition.

If it cannot be eaten straight away, Fakey Cakey should be kept refrigerated below 5°C for up to a few hours.

Any leftovers should be thoroughly cooked before eating. This will, of course, change the taste and texture of any raw ingredients (but we think it’s still yummy!). We have had very good results with a microwave, but we think it’s even better if you use a saucepan or stir-fry so that you can add seasoning to taste.

What do you do with my information?
When you buy something from us, we collect the information we need to be able to complete the sale such as your name, address and email address.

When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.
How do you get my consent?
When you provide us with personal information to complete a transaction, verify your payment details, or arrange for a delivery, etc., we take that to mean that you have given us your consent for us to collect that information.

We will not use your personal information for any other reason (such as sending you emails about new products and other updates) without offering you an easy way to unsubscribe.
How do I withdraw my consent?
If you change your mind anytime after you opt-in, you can withdraw your consent by:
